Using this website

dmsworkspace.com is operated by DMS Workspace LLC, Miami, Florida. The site, its tools (cost calculator, website grader, ROI calculator) and any demo we build for you are provided for information and evaluation. Estimates from our tools are indicative, not quotes; a project starts only with a written proposal that you accept. The demos we prepare remain our property until a project is contracted.

SMS Terms of Service

Program description. When you opt in, DMS Workspace sends text messages related to your request: the link to your free website demo, a quote or proposal you asked for, scheduling, and follow-ups about your project.

How you opt in. By checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms (free demo, cost calculator, LinkWS) after entering your mobile number, or by agreeing on WhatsApp, by phone or in person, you consent to receive these messages from DMS Workspace at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–4 messages per request and never more than 3 messages in a day. We only text between 8am and 8pm Eastern time.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. You can also opt out by writing to hello@dmsworkspace.com.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, email hello@dmsworkspace.com or WhatsApp +1 (305) 954-1296.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent from a US number registered to DMS Workspace LLC.

Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are used only to send you the messages you agreed to and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
