Capability Statement
DMS Workspace LLC
A small, women-owned software firm in South Florida. We build custom software, document-processing pipelines and accessible structured content — and we deliver them as source code and infrastructure the client owns outright.

Core competencies
Automated document transformation
Taking heterogeneous source formats in, normalizing them into a structured intermediate representation, and emitting XML validated against fixed schemas and DTDs.
- EPUB, Word, RTF, HTML and plain text ingestion
- Heading-hierarchy inference, segmentation and metadata mapping
- Schema- and DTD-validated output, checked as a package rather than file by file
Accessibility and structured content
Semantic markup and document structure informed by WCAG and Section 508 practice, with bilingual English/Spanish delivery as routine rather than an exception.
- Semantic structure, heading hierarchies and navigable documents
- English and Spanish as a design input, not a later translation pass
- Accessible front ends built to the same standard as the documents behind them
High-volume batch processing
Containerized worker pipelines that can be re-run safely and account for every item they touch.
- Queue-driven orchestration with parallel execution
- Idempotent reprocessing and checkpointing
- Per-item provenance and audit logging suitable for production tracking reports
Cloud production engineering
Production workloads on AWS and on Kubernetes, which keeps our pipeline designs portable rather than tied to one managed service.
- S3-based content architectures with IAM-scoped access control
- Encryption in transit and at rest; infrastructure defined as code
- Containerized compute on AKS and EKS, with monitored deployments
Systems we built and run
Seven products designed, built and operated in-house, in commercial use. They are listed here as evidence of what this team has actually shipped — none of this work was performed under a federal contract.
| System | What it does | Demonstrates |
|---|---|---|
| IDVerifr | Identity-document recognition API — reads and validates government ID documents and returns structured fields. | Document parsing, field extraction and validation against a fixed schema. |
| LiveVerifr | Face liveness and matching API used for remote identity proofing. | Biometric processing under latency and accuracy constraints. |
| eSignWS | Digital signature and document-workflow platform with timestamped audit trails. | Document lifecycle, evidentiary logging and records retention. |
| NexEntry | License-plate-recognition access control for parking facilities. | Real-time recognition pipeline integrated with physical access hardware. |
| VenueWS | QR guest lists and door control for event venues, with billing and plan management. | Transactional system with metered usage and server-to-server billing. |
| RealtyWS | Real estate website and IDX/MLS platform with automated listing ingestion. | Scheduled ingestion of a large third-party feed, normalized and republished. |
| LinkWS | Short links, QR generation and click telemetry, served from its own domain. | High-request-rate service with event capture and reporting. |
How we contract
The client owns what we build. Source code, infrastructure definitions, data and documentation are delivered to the client. We do not operate a subscription product line that would have to be restructured to meet a full-ownership requirement, and we have no incentive to design dependence into a delivered system.
The engineers who design it are the engineers who build it. There is no layer of program management between your technical staff and the people doing the work, and no handoff from a proposal team to a delivery team.
Bilingual by default. We work natively in English and Spanish. Language coverage is a design input for us rather than a translation phase bolted on at the end.
We read the specification before we write. On the solicitations we respond to, we raise discrepancies and unpriced technical risk while they can still be resolved — rather than pricing around them and discovering them at acceptance.
